Skin MD Lotion With SPF Giveaway!

Do you ever feel the need for a little medicine for your skin? My skin is constantly dry and feels tight. I use facial lotion, skin care lotions and hand moisturizers daily, all day long to keep dry skin away. But sometimes it's just not enough. I need a little extra care. My skin needs some medicine!
